If the part you receive is wrong or for some reason you are not satisfied with the part, simply initiate the return request by filling RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) Form. An RMA number will be assigned and emailed to you within 2-3 days. Please use the assigned RMA number and instructions in the email to return the part. You can obtain an RMA number by completing the below RMA form.

Parts that have been installed may not be eligible for returns. All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund for the return part will be issuedwithin 5-7 business days after we receive the partand it has been verified that it meets the above mentioned return guidelines.

Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. No orders can be canceled after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.
